EDGEWOOD AVENUE
A smart budget plan thoroughly sent this once architect owned and built 1920’s house into a thoughtful and thorough revamp that is classic and timeless. The former kitchen was a tiny room and a separate butler’s pantry hid in a dark corner. Kate preserved the original pantry cabinets, reconfigured the kitchen and added a wall of east-facing windows to maximize work stations and lighting. Instead of the all-to-common kitchen island, Kate sourced a show-stopper antique Draper’s Table found on 1stDibs that shipped from Europe, spanning the length of the kitchen.
